The Scarborough Rangers Soccer Club is governed by a volunteer, program-driven Board of Directors. The Board, which meets monthly, serves to oversee Scarborough Rangers Soccer Club 's programs and to develop new initiatives to meet the organization's goals and objectives. The Scarborough Rangers Soccer Club Board is elected by the membership at its Annual General Meeting. The elections are staggered to help provide leadership continuity and stability.
